Enrollment & Scheduling

• Are part-time options available?- YES, choose 1-4 days weekly, full or half day, Mon-Thur.

• What ages are accepted?- 6 months - 5 years old year-round 

• What are your hours? Monday-Thursday, 8am-4:30pm. We have scheduled closures for breaks (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) and Federal Holidays.

• What is meant by "membership"? Our membership model ensures high-quality care, specialized programming, and a dedicated spot for your child

Curriculum & Care

• Do you provide meals?- YES, whole food snacks, breakfast and lunches are included

• Are field Trips offered?- YES, seasonal and in-locale enrichment visits are included 

• Do you teach? YES!  all children receive state-approved purposeful play, early literacy exposure, and independence-building activities. Preschoolers also receive a full kindergarten readiness curriculum

• What else do you provide?  Wipes, personal sleep mat and blanket, personal locker, free transport to field trips, parent-partnered toilet training, free monitoring/digital portfolio for updates and keepsakes, experienced care that is calm and patient

• What do I need to provide for my child?- Formula, Pull-Ups, diapers, change of clothes, specifics/specialties of any kind, and support

Tuition & Policies

• Do you accept county vouchers/subsidies? - No. We are private and direct pay

• Do you accept respite care funds? - YES, call for details

• When is payment due?- Payment is due at registration and each Friday for the following week thereafter. Your membership fees can be paid weekly or bi-weekly

• What forms of payment do you accept? - We accept credit cards, ACH, and select Respite Care programs

• Is my tuition tax-deductible?- Ruth's Schoolhouse provides invoices, receipts, and annual statements for use with your tax professional

• Do you offer scholarships?- YES. Contact us to discuss your eligibility.
